•  1 large head finely shredded cabbage ( may use red and green or napa any combo, I usually use just organic green cabbage). TIP :You may use the bags of pre-shredded for slaw.
• 1 bunch green onions chopped, use white and green parts
• 1 cup chopped green or red pepper or any combo of colors
• ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds ( carefully toast in a frypan over medium heat)
• ½ cup toasted sliced almonds or already roasted almonds, chopped
• 1 pkg of Ramen Noodles crushed (toss out packet of seasoning)

         Toss above ingredients all together in a big salad bowl

         Dressing: shake together and pour over the cabbage salad​

• 1 TBSP salad oil
• ¾ cup regular rice vinegar
• 2-3 tsp. toasted sesame oil
• ½ cup white sugar
• ½ tsp each salt and pepper
