I've chosen this peaceful venue purely to support your healing journey. There are spaces to relax, learn, meditate, come together or be alone. The beauty of the place really will allow you to connect to nature whilst also being surrounded by the luxuries we've missed since the start of the pandemic.

Travel Information
Flights – the closest airport is Perugia airport or Assisi Airport.
A private taxi transfer to retreat costing from €120 – 200- less than 1 hour. Public transport also available.
Next closest airport is Peretola in Florence which does have train/shuttle running every hour from main station in Florence to Roma and then to Cortona. A taxi or private collection will then need to be arranged from Cortona to the retreat venue this trip will cost similar price as above and will take travel time of around 1 hour 30 min.
Having working with Elly previously I understood she was an incredible mentor, but she took this to the next level at the retreat.

We're always tweaking the itinerary to make sure it's really valuable for you, you feel the change while your there and also learn some techniques that, along with the memories, you can keep for a lifetime.
This is a rough idea for the main days and some will be outside and inside sessions
