Our gym is a work-in-progress project fueled by passion. We love seeing our community members improve themselves by putting in the work. We are continually upgrading and adding to our equipment, products and services to help facilitate the growth of our members.

One membership for all. With our membership, we give you the best deal without having to sign up for a year-membership. All of our memberships are rolling memberships with a minimum of 3 months.
Get faster results with our pre-made grab and go programs. Just pick one that suits your goals, grab it and go. If you need extra help, we also offer personal training and will work with you one on one.
Do you want to work out but have a little tag-along? We have a child-friendly zone that is sectioned off full of fun stuff to play with. You can bring your little ones with you and work-out while they play.
Mix up your training with a team training schedule. Jump into a circuit, collision, strength or mums and bubs class. No need to create your own workout as each session is designed and run by us. Just make sure you book in.
Our gym memberships are open-ended memberships with a minimum of 3 months.

We are all here to improve ourselves as a team. Share the equipment and, if something is in use, see if you can work in, you might even make a new friend.

RUA: leave your ego at home. friendly competition is good, but you don't have to be better than everyone else, focus on becoming a better version of yourself.

TORU
TORU: Do your best on the day. Everyone has off days if you fail don't beat yourself up, get up and try again. You have plenty of time to improve, play the long game.

WHA
WHA: Treat the equipment and space with respect. Clean what you use, put your weights away and leave the space how you would like to see it if you were to walk in.

RIMA
RIMA: No one has to lose for you to win. we can all win together. Lift each other up, and treat others with respect. Inspire others with your journey There is no place for put-downs and insult

ONO
ONO: Share words of encouragement, not sweat and germs. Please bring your own towel and water bottle to each workout and make sure you have a pleasant odour.

WHITU
WHITU: No sparring with each other in the gym. We are a boxing fitness gym, not a fight club, we want you to walk out of our gym in good health and high spirits.

WARU
WARU: Keep our kids safe! We have made a kid's area where your little ones can stay and be safe away from dangerous equipment. Children should not be in the exercise area under any circumstance.

IWA
IWA: Don't bring your friends to train for free. Using this space to train should be a privilege if you have a friend that would like to join you for a workout they are welcome to join as a member here.

TEKAU
TEKAU: Don't attempt any exercise you are not confident with alone. You can't train when you are injured, so if you are alone play it safe and stick to what you know. You can try harder exercises when you have someone else supporting you.
