Frequently Asked Questions
This program is for athletes of all levels, even total beginners. There are 4 phases to the program, each progressively advancing your development and deployment. Our program will guide you through building foundational strength and movement patterns all the way through executing with a new found sense of force.
There are four phases to the strength program.
Phase 1 - 8 weeks
Phase 2 - 6 weeks
Phase 3 - 6 weeks
Phase 4 - 6 weeks
Total - 26 Weeks
Strength training is 3 days per week.
Phases 1-3 are about an hour long, Phase 4 is closer to an hour and 15 minutes.
If time is a major factor and you have less time, we recommend reducing the number of sets for every exercise by 1, but still completing all the programmed movements.
Martial arts are incredibly core dominant sports that requires both rotation and anti-rotation strength. We train powerful pulling, pushing, thrusting, and gripping movements. We train pelvic stability, lateral movements, and shoulder stabilization. We also train explosive bursting. Collectively, the movement selection has been designed to achieve stability and power, driven by the core and rib hips, to meet the diverse & unique needs of combat sports.

We get a daily report of our athlete's individual performance so we can keep tabs on progress. When we see you getting after it you can expect encouragement and interaction.
Additionally, there are community support boards inside the app.

Endurance Builder Series
We know you are getting a lot of cardio in your BJJ or MMA training so we do not program cardio into our strength programs. If you need more cardio, we provide you with workout ending Cardio Finishers , and a series of power endurance focused workout options.
Core Finishers
Core strength is the...core...of fighting. We program core work throughout your strength program, but if you need more the included series of Core Finishers are there to support you.
Recovery Tracker
Our app functions to give you a complete look at your training and recovery efforts both on the mats and in the gym. To ensure your complete perspective we include Cold Water and Sauna tracking functions so you can keep tabs on your recovery efforts.
Mobility Series
Whether you need to keep your body open and mobile or need a relaxing wind down before bed, our included mobility series has you covered. This add-on series is here for you to ensure you rest well and stay loose.
