SHIPPING POLICY

The Teen Money Box is an educational subscription service that creates and delivers business, finance, and economics lessons to parents and teens. Each customer will receive one (1) subscription box per month for twelve (12) months. High-quality, branded corrugated boxes arrive during the first week of the month. 

Shipping costs are included in the monthly subscription fee. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. International shipping is also not available.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Teen Money Box does not accept any returns or exchanges of monthly subscription boxes or virtual lessons. If any content is missing or incorrect, please contact us using the Contact form or via email. We will ship or email the missing or correct content, at no additional charge to you.

REFUND POLICY

The Teen Money Box is committed to our customer's full satisfaction with our program. Due to the nature of this educational product, we do not offer any refunds on boxes or lessons. All sales are final upon processed payment. ​

If you receive the wrong box, please email us at info@teenmoneybox.com, and we will ship you the correct lesson. There may be circumstances out of our control related to shipping, although we aim to provide consistent, on-time delivery. Again, we have a NO REFUND policy on any processed subscription payment.
