Yes, if you've been in business for at least 1 year, you've got an idea for your next move but need help to map out the plan.  You're ready to take action now and want experienced eyes and mentoring to show you what to do and how to do it so you can make it happen.

What we'll do:

This is done with you support, where you share your vision and big plans with me. I will in return pour out my knowledge, guidance and ideas to support that and we will co-create a plan to make it a reality for you. 

• Clarity call and questionnaire so I get an understanding of where you are and where you want to be.
• In-person session at a London hotel - (10am - 3pm lunch & break included if in person). 
• Get clear on your goals and vision 
• Review your business model to support it
• Refine and/or develop your services & offers
• Make sure you've got the right business foundations in place e.g. client journey, sales process, marketing plan
• Create personal strategy and action plan
• 1 week of Voxer messaging support to ask me any questions that crop up after the session.
• 30 minute check-in call 1 month after the session. 

Outcomes

You will walk away with a 360 action plan that you can implement right away. Clarity in your direction and an understanding of any gaps you may need to fill in order to move forward. You will feel empowered in your vision and confident that you know what you're doing to make it reality. You will save time, energy and overwhelm trying to figure it out yourself.
