My biggest fear was that my kids would be uncomfortable and camera shy. You made them feel so comfortable that they really enjoy having their pictures taken. Our favorite part of working with you is that you make it fun and you are so creative and you allow the kids to bring their own styles and personalities out. I tell my friends and family that they will not find a more genuine, kind person to work with. The pictures are always amazing and so is the experience of taking them.
My biggest fear before hiring Allison was not feeling comfortable with or in-front of the camera but every shoot we have done I have a lot of fun and feel focused on and you make it very comfortable! I love the creativity and options for shoots and the many different fun ideas!! It is always a great experience! I love working with Allison, she puts in a lot of time and effort to everyone and everything! She gives phenomenal pictures!!
Frequently Asked Questions
How much do the products cost??
People normally spent between $800 and $3K. I know that doesn't help a ton but we have a range of options; from packages that include wall art, an album and digital images ($749-$2799) to a la carte individual prints (starting at $49), etc, etc. The total cost will depend on how you decide to share and display your pictures, which we'll guide you through during the planning meeting and in person ordering appointment. You'll have all the information you need up front.
How many outfit changes are allowed?
1 outfit per session. Each session is about 45 minutes, so it's best if we spend the time shooting, not changing outfits. If you have more than one outfit, let me know and we can plan accordingly.
Do I get the images on disk?
We deliver digital images, whether they are online sharing sizes included free with printed purchases or purchased full resolution files, via a Dropbox link or a USB drive.
Can we travel more than 30 miles?
Yes! Most of the locations we photograph in are within 30 miles of our studio and that is what is included in our session fees but we LOVE to travel so let me know where you're thinking and I can get you a travel cost quote.
When should these portraits be taken?
The indoor session needs to be photographed before May. The outdoor session will be done in the summer, as the weather is the most dependable in the summer.
What if I don’t like them?
This hardly ever happens because we ask you what you want during your planning meeting and during the session - it's a collaborative process. However, we understand the concern and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so we'd reshoot and make sure you love them!
