How to Plan a Cycle Show
- Identify a Host - A Guiding Star Cycle Show Host may be a person or an organization that would like to organize the workshop in their area. If your workshop location is not within an hour of 1 of our Cycle Show instructors, then a Sponsor is needed. Together with the Guiding Star Cycle Show Coordinator we will plan and execute a memorable workshop for 10-16 girls in your community.
- Identify a Sponsor - Generous Donors are able to Sponsor a Guiding Star Cycle Show workshop for 10-16 girls for $750. Supporters can also give $50 to a scholarship for 1 girl to attend a Guiding Star Cycle Show workshop. (See details below).
- Choose a Location - Cycle Show workshops may be held at youth centers, churches, women's health centers, public/private schools, or any other suited facility.
- Pick a date - When choosing a date for your Cycle Show workshop, check your local school calendars for sporting events, and other activities. Speak to a few parents to assist in choosing a Saturday or school holiday to host the workshop.
- Choose your Instructor - Kari Beadner, Elessa Marker, Linda Jacobs, Beth Sheets, Stephanie Winter, Amber Adrian and Teresa Arguelles are available and looking forward to all of the Cycle Show workshops coming our way in 2025!
- Get parents excited! - well before the planned, in-person workshop, invite parents, youth leaders, and other leaders in your organization to attend our Guiding Star Cycle Show Parent Presentation webinar. Encourage them to follow us on social media, (Facebook and Instagram) to see all of the wonderful reviews of the Cycle Show.
- Begin a culture shift in your community! - When parents learn that there is a program that will teach their daughters about the goodness of their bodies in a pure, truthful, and fun, engaging way, hope of changing our culture for the good is renewed! Young women begin to walk in the confidence of who they are and without fear of the changes that they are facing through the season of puberty.

Instructors are available to present a Parent Presentation (1.5 hours) and a Cycle Show workshop (5 hours) for girls 9-12 years old in your community.
You will receive more contact from the National Coordinator Kari Beander within 2 business days (Tuesday-Thursday).
