What is Wellness Coaching?
As a wellness coach, I am a supportive guide who helps you set health goals and encourages healthy behaviors to improve your mental, physical, and emotional health.
I believe every coaching relationship starts with trust, acknowledging you as a whole and finding new ways to address all the core areas that influence your health and wellbeing.
Because of my knowledge and interest in human behavior, I don’t address your challenges only from the conscious level. I love addressing the root cause - what’s going on in your brain at the subconscious level.
Most coaches guide you with your “goals and actions” but this approach does not go deep enough to create lasting change.
I’ll guide you step by step to lovingly explore and understand the inner workings of your subconscious, change the disempowering conversations you have with yourself, overcome your fear of judgment, and practice self-compassion.

1-on-1 Coaching
Everybody needs a bit of one-on-one assistance. I’ll coach you through healthy habits, building self-esteem, and boosting your confidence to lead a better life.
Group Coaching
Some prefer receiving coaching as part of a group. You can learn a lot from communicating with others who experience similar feelings and obstacles on a daily basis. I’ll match you with up to 6 other individuals based on your specific goals and needs.
Integrated Mental Wellness Coaching
I also partner directly with physician’s offices and other healthcare organizations. Contact me for more information on my integrated services.
