One-on-One Customized Treatment

Every Visit with a Doctor of Physical Therapy

As an athlete whose goal is to get back to pain-free training, there is no time to be passed around from person to person, performing the same, low level, boring exercises over and over.

 

Every visit at PTI Rehab you will work one-on-one with a board certified Doctor of PT, and together we will identify the problem, develop a clear plan of care, and get you back to doing what you enjoy!

Blood Flow Restriction Training, Dry Needling, IASTM

Train and Recover at a High Level

We utilize the most advanced, highly-skilled treatments to speed your recovery, re-build strength, and enhance your workouts. Come experience the same interventions used with professional athletes.

 

Dry needling and IASTM will help speed your muscle recovery, and aid in pain relief. Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) will help skyrocket your strength levels, even if you are currently limited by pain and injury.

Performance Training/ Return to Sport

Injury Risk Reduction and Programming

Once you are back to your sport or activity without pain, you're not left on your own to figure it out. We provide customized workout programming for you to do outside of the clinic. This can be either in-person or remotely.

 

Many of our clients love the workouts they did in rehab, and want to continue to improve and decrease their risk for future injury. We can help walk you through every step of the way!

Movement Screening and Coaching

World Class Exercises and Movement Coaching

One of our core beliefs is that movement is medicine. Our bodies are designed to move, and we take the implementation of this very seriously. If you are a Crossfit athlete or weightlifter, your rehab should reflect your training goals.
