Milestone One: Onboarding/Life Coaching – We begin with the end in mind. Based on your values, and a 360-degree audit of feasible changes, we will identify the transformational tradeoffs and support systems that will make your success inevitable.

Milestone Two: Food as Medicine – This keystone habit comes first because of how frequently we eat. Here we will explore food as medicine and dial in on how you can eat to manage weight, stop pain, and set the foundation for deep healing.

Milestone Three: Fit for Life – Now that we’ve reduced inflammation, and improved your digestion and hormone balance, we can begin impactfully harnessing movement as medicine for stronger muscles, better stamina, and improved sleep.

Milestone Four: Emotional Mastery – With a (potentially) pain-free body, better sleep, and a stable mood, we now have the margin to tackle the emotional and relational puzzle of healing while you grow in self-confidence and people skills.

Milestone Five: Fasting for Healing – Now that your purging systems are working, your mind and body are stable, and your relationships are improved, we will focus on supercharging your healing with the strongest form of self-healing we have, fasting.

Milestone Six: Accelerated Detox – Here we select the practitioner and self-administered healing modalities that make sense. For some, this phase may even involve a digestive reboot, a heavy-metal detox, or a parasite cleanse.
