Come along side of me as we explore the depths of ADHD
I have been talking about hosting a mini-series/class for parents of children with ADHD for over a year. My own journey with ADHD has gone from denial, to confusion, to frustration, and finally, I am finding my empowerment as a wife, mother, and therapist of ADHDers. I am honored to have amazing people join me in offering this course and couldn't do it justice if I did it alone.
My intention is to give you an embodied felt sense of understanding your child/student (and possibly yourself...it does run in families). Not only will you connect with other parents, but you will connect with meaningful tools and resources to support yourself and your child/student. As I continually navigate answering my own question, "How do I support this kid?!?!" I hope you join me in finding insights and real life things to do and try.
Real Qs from other participants
Watch the prerecorded series from the comfort of your home. You will have six months from the time of purchase to access the classes.
All sessions will take place live via Zoom.
An email with login instructions and link will be sent after you sign up and reminder emails with link will be sent before each session.
When we are recording, the screen of the speaker will be pinned. This means that your screen will not be on the recording at all. During the recording, we will ask participants to remain muted and type questions into the chat so that we can read them and answer them as appropriate.
The last 15 to 20 minutes of each class will not be recorded so that each person can feel comfortable entering into discussion and asking more personal questions if needed.
While I will ask that each participant turn on their camera and mute themselves, you are more than welcome to leave your camera off.
