This isn't a program that focuses on the bar scene or the mommy wine culture. Instead, we look at the root causes of why we drink. Understanding the real reason we rely on alcohol helps us make a clean break.
I have taken my own approach, the one I used myself to stop drinking after decades, and the one I have taught hundreds of other women and developed a unique step by step. There is science, habits and tools, but more than that, we focus on the thoughts that are keeping you stuck. I truly believe that leaving alcohol behind creates space, and in that space we get to do the work that really matters.
