Toxicities can be broken down into few major categories.

• Bio-toxins - living toxins like mold, funguses, viruses, bacteria.
• Environmental toxins - metals, plasticizers, pesticides.
• Micronutrient deficiencies - vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants and more.
• Nervous system interferences - block the ability of your master control system of the body to communicate with various parts of your body.
• GI tract abnormalities - all of the above can exacerbate the symptoms.

We will not get better results unless we address these foundational elements.
