3 MONTH PROGRAM: WRITING
This 3-month writing program transforms the personal exploration work you have unraveled in your Life Timeline into a new and empowering narrative. Storytelling and writing instruction combined with private coaching sessions guides you in writing your short story.
In the Rewrite Your Story program, you will:

Recognize patterns and connections to discover the deeper themes in your life.

Continue to search for forgotten stories, redefine moments, and find meaning in old narratives.

Gain fresh perspectives and re-build old stories with a new empowering narrative.

Receive instruction on creative writing and advanced storytelling.

Determine what narratives need shifting for the most meaningful and healing change to occur in your life.

Transfer memories and feelings into words to curate a cohesive, creative story.
Uncover Your Truth, 6-week program is a pre-requisite for Rewrite Your Story. *Unravel Your Timeline is no longer required. Private 1:1 coaching will be incorporated into the program.
Program Details:
Five (5) virtual
group sessions
(1.5 – 2 hours)
LIVE interaction and access to an experienced narrative coach certified in narrative therapy and published author
Six (6) private, one-on-one coaching sessions to explore, build, and refine your story
Private Facebook group for community building and peer support

After completing Uncover Your Truth, you are ready to explore a deeper level of vulnerability as you walk through your life story with a compassionate guide. In an intimate and judgment-free space, we unravel the elements of our life – from your greatest hopes and fears to over-arching themes. This process helps to make meaning of our lives and discover where we need to shift unhealthy narratives to create movement and change in our lives.
Rewrite Your Story is about gaining new perspectives and re-authoring your story. You learn how to move beyond telling others about your experiences to bringing them along the journey with you. You will lean into the darkness and the light and feel more comfortable sitting with your truth as we explore, build, and refine your story. Through writing and storytelling instructions, PLUS personalized coaching, we delve into the heart of our story. With guidance and love, we will transform your old story into empowering truths highlighting forgotten people, places, and moments. This story will help reshape your identity as you become a more healed and empowered woman.

Available Online Dates:
All classes will be available online. Attendance is required at all LIVE virtual group sessions. Any absences must be approved by the facilitator. Participants will receive an email 1 week prior to the first day of the program. Email will include online links and further information. All coaching and writing mentorship sessions are scheduled by clients (this allows flexibility on days/times).
