A New Kind of Leadership

A recent interview with the nRhythm team

In a survey that just came out through Bloomberg Business week, it was revealed that many people believe we are about to enter into a period called the Great Resignation and that over 41% of people are seriously considering leaving their jobs. But, even before the pandemic, 66% of employees were disengaged at work.

In this recent interview by Kate Byrne, CEO of Katapult X, Alexandra Groome Klement, Jeff Su, and Tre’ Cates from the nRhythm team talk about the shocking levels of disengagement in our workforce and why we need to shift our approach to how we design our organizations, careers, and leadership to solve it. Watch below.

In this conversation, we discuss:

  • How we have purposefully designed our organizations to run like machines and what negative impacts are showing up in society because of it.

  • How we can create workplaces with more heart and spirit

  • The living systems science behind nRhythm’s work

  • nRhythm’s six guiding Regenerative Design Principles

  • Why we need a new type of leadership and what it looks like. Watch the video below to hear what Tre’ Cates, nRhythm’s Managing Director, has to say about a new approach to leadership:
