ONE-TO-ONE CONSULTATION

I offer free initial 1-2-1 consultations to help you discover if my approach and training is right for you. This consultation is a 30-minute session in my studio designed to give us a chance to meet, talk through your health and fitness goals and create a plan of action. (Please note this is not a training session so no need to wear gym clothes). 

 

There is no obligation to sign up for personal training following the consultation; it is simply an opportunity to see if I can help you.
