I’m Sharon Monaghan. I was feeling stuck in my job not knowing how to get hired for a deputy head role. Back in 2013, I saw a job posting that was perfect for my capabilities and skills. I sent in my application with so much excitement. However, my world fell apart when I didn’t get the job.
For a while, I gave up. I stopped looking. I didn’t have the energy to put myself through the rejection again.
About a year later, I started working with a leadership coach where I learned how to overcome my self-sabotaging ways and re-discovered my purpose.
I had a ‘lightbulb moment’. I realised that my mission to help others was more important than my pride, so I applied for another deputy headship.
I got the job!

The investment is £747. This is just over £20 per day for 35 days.
This gives you access to hours of pre-recorded content which provides you with all the tools and tips you need for your next job application. You’ll also have 5 weekly coaching sessions with me, to ask questions and get my support. You’ll have access to a private Facebook group where you can get support from me and the other members.
There is a payment plan available, which means you can pay three monthly installments £275.
You have access to five weekly coaching sessions during the group programme.
These are recorded so that you can view them if you’re unable to attend.
All the pre-recorded material is available as soon as you purchase the programme and you have life-time access.
You’ll need at least an hour per week to watch the pre-recorded content and another 60-90 minutes per week for the coaching group session.
You do need to be committed to putting in the time and effort throughout the 5 weeks of the programme. The most successful clients are those who are 100% committed.
