None. However, before our first call, we suggest that you reflect on which parts of your Moisad are thriving and where improvements are needed. This allows for immediate focus on growth areas.
Weekly meetings: 60–90 minutes.
Daily implementation: 2 hours.

Projects begin with a 90-day startup period. After an evaluation, a decision is made about ongoing progress and support.
Absolutely. All work is protected by NDAs, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.
Service and Outcomes
Weekly meetings begin with a review of action items from the previous week to maintain accountability.
After every meeting, you’ll receive a written summary highlighting progress and next action steps.
A monthly progress review summary is sent at the beginning of each secular month.
Success is defined during our initial meetings and measured by evaluating progress toward those goals.

Cost and Affordability
Executive Coaching: $5,000–$10,000/month with a minimum 3-month commitment.
We also offer add-on services such as Donor Relations Management and Shlucha Coaching with Shaina (Rothman) Krinsky.
Yes. Shaina (Rothman) Krinsky offers coaching for Shluchos to achieve greater success.

Shluchim can join the Mountaintop Weekly Fundraising Support Program for $99 annually. Sessions are held every Monday from 1–2 PM EST.
