Hi, I'm Sasha.

My Story

Over the years, many of my therapy and executive coaching clients have either worked in startups or been startup founders.

My clients would often report relationship problems with co-founders, but there was no forum to work it out.

The only thing my clients knew to do was to manage their own stress in therapy or executive coaching.

I wanted to help relieve my clients’ stress and frustrations, but I needed to be able to work with everyone in the relationship to really solve the problem.

      My Lightbulb Moment
In 2015 I was introduced to another therapist that had started working with co-founders together on their relationship. He called it co-founder therapy. I couldn’t believe I hadn’t thought of it myself! I immediately approached some of my individual clients and they brought their co-founders in to do the work together.

Whether you like it or not, you will be affected by the entirety of your co-founder's life - both personal and professional. Normal business boundaries don't exist in a startup, and brushing aside personal issues, hoping they will go away, is rarely a successful strategy.

Talking about life issues does not come naturally to everyone so it is important to set aside dedicated time to support each other through difficult times, as well as celebrate each other's accomplishments.

I have seen this work be highly advantageous to the longevity of the co-founder relationship and the success of the company.

Rather than ignoring interpersonal problems, founders are now tackling them head on, and seeing the incredibly positive difference it makes.

      If you're ready for progress,

      I can't wait to help!
