Duties and Responsibilities

  • First Response to incoming calls
  • Maintain customer email enquiries - first responder for sales inbox
  • Product Specification Enquiries and Pricing
  • Close sales of our fantastic vehicle accessories.
  • Customer logistics liaison
  • Book Customer fittings both on and offsite around the country.
  • Maintain product installer network.
  • Help customers solve problems and take every opportunity to turn customers into a raving fan.
  • Understand the product in depth
  • Work off and maintain internal systems
  • Continuous Improvement 
  • Actively participate in daily stand up meetings
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve warranty issues.

Customer Service Experience

  • Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills
