Duties and Responsibilities
- First Response to incoming calls
- Maintain customer email enquiries - first responder for sales inbox
- Product Specification Enquiries and Pricing
- Close sales of our fantastic vehicle accessories.
- Customer logistics liaison
- Book Customer fittings both on and offsite around the country.
- Maintain product installer network.
- Help customers solve problems and take every opportunity to turn customers into a raving fan.
- Understand the product in depth
- Work off and maintain internal systems
- Continuous Improvement
- Actively participate in daily stand up meetings
- Handle customer complaints and resolve warranty issues.

Customer Service Experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills
