What is the format of The Coaching Co-Lab?

The minute you join, you will gain immediate access to the Lab Portal, which includes pre-recorded videos that outline the Successful Coaching Path. The Successful Coach Path is 5 clear stages with tools, resources, and clear action items for you to take that progress you along the journey to your successful coaching business. Remember - this Path took me 7 years to journey along. Do NOT think this is some online course you can plow through and POW, you've got a successful practice! It may not take you 7 years, but it is a J O U R N E Y.

This is why this is an ongoing membership and NOT another online course. Because we are in this together. When you follow the Successful Coach Path, you will ALWAYS know where to start and where to go next AND how to get there. How cool is that?? Where was that when I started? LUCKY! :-)

Each new Stage of the Successful Coach Path gets revealed to you as you journey through the course. You have access to this as long as you are a paying member in good standing of The Coaching Co-Lab. This allows you to take your time through each Stage, honoring your life and priorities. You will not be overwhelmed. Unless, of course, you think that's fun....

We will also have LIVE calls three times per month called LAB LIVE. These are for you to ask questions on the Stages of the Successful Coach Path that you are on from the Lab Portal.

These calls WILL BE RECORDED & uploaded to the Lab Portal for you to watch and listen to on your own time. And we WILL offer some evening sessions from time to time. This is all an experiment, remember :-)

Will there be 1:1 Coaching with Bridgette?

No. There is no 1:1 Coaching in the Lab - this is a Co-Laborative experience (get it?? ha!) BUT... you may have access to nowhere-else-offered Group Coaching from Bridgette at a very discounted rate.

And so many more fun bonuses! Bridgette loves surprises and smiles, so know that being a Labbie includes all of these things.

What if I HAVE a biz that’s already thriving?

The community is a great place for you, too! While the majority of the Labbie’s are at the beginning of the process, many are already enjoying success and you can add to the community and grow and scale too!

If I cancel can I join later for the same rate pricing?

No. This is the current pricing for now. If you join later, you will join at the pricing during that time.

What else will we learn?

Sooo much! I have so many fun plans including guests, coaching demos and Q & A, coaching practice, live meetups (when safe to do so) and so so much more in store!

How long is the commitment?

If you select the Monthly Membership option, there is an initial 3-month minimum commitment.

The way to get the most out of The Coaching Co-Lab Membership is to give yourself a year in the program if you're committed to yourself and your coaching business. This is an ongoing commitment but you can cancel your membership at any time (after your initial 3 months if paying monthly) by emailing help@bridgettethegocoach.com at least 7 business days before your next billing date.

If you pay the annual rate and choose to cancel before your yearly payment, you will retain access to the membership and it will expire at the end of your year cycle.

As far as time commitment INSIDE the membership, The Successful Coach Path content is self-guided and can be accessed 24/7. There are 3 monthly Lab Live Zoom calls that are about 60 minutes each that you can attend live OR catch the replay.
