Gym Etiquette:

Indoor footwear. Indoor shoes are required to work out in the gym. If you do not have indoor shoes, you must work out in socks or barefoot.

Punctuality. Be on time. You are allotted a specific time frame. Classes and sessions will start on time. If you are late, that time is lost and not owed to you by Dynamite Boxing Club. Warm-up time of 5–10 minutes is up to the Member.

Day lockers. You may bring a lock for your belongings during your workout. You must remove the lock at the end of your class or session. Dynamite Boxing Club is NOT responsible for stolen property. Please leave personal items at home if you are concerned.

Bring your own water bottle. Avoid sharing water bottles for your own safety and the safety of other members.

No spectators. Please don't bring guests.

What do we need to bring?

Indoor shoes, water bottle.

Do you sell headgear and other boxing equipment?

YES, we have mouth guards, head gear, gloves, shoes (sizes are limited), fight shorts, skipping ropes and much more

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! If you would like to split your one on one session with your friend, we are ok with it! Please just speak with your trainer prior to your session. For any other activity, anyone who isn’t a member must pay a drop in fee

Do you have gloves for sale?

All new members must pay a one -time registration fee and that will include a pair of new gloves. We also have gloves for purchase

When can I fight?

To be a competitive fighter, you must be registered (fee paid yearly) with Boxing Alberta, plus medical clearance. After that, it is up to head coach Shane to decide if you are ready for fighting.

Is there parking?

LOTS! We have free parking out front in our building complex as well as there is city parking, also free across the street from our building
