This course can be delivered as a one-time session or five 2.5 hour sessions
Overview
Relational spaces can be challenging even in the best of times. Periods of change and uncertainty present new challenges while also highlighting the places where individuals may benefit from additional insight and support.
Planning for Resilience is a highly experiential training that explores resilience, mindfulness practices and healthy nervous system function. Participants will be asked to reflect, write, and share throughout the duration of the course. Using Zoom, participants will engage with one another either verbally using the mic feature or through writing using the chat feature.
