The Health Gut Happy Child Summit
👉 I had zero money, even went so far as to not tell my husband. Finances were tough!
👉 I had never run a program online. I had never marketed anything and I ran a six week program that started three weeks later in order to pay for the summit!.
👉 A few months later I was running this summit and it was so amazing. It was like I was waking up every morning at five, like so driven to make this a success.
👉 It was pretty scary at the beginning.
👉 I generated over 4,000 people on my list. I went from no list, technology challenged, to a Facebook group and 4,000 people.
👉 I began email my list and sharing my story. You definitely are very vulnerable during that process.
👉 Don't be afraid of upsetting people or revealing to much. The more comfortable I got sharing, the more people related.
👉 I had no idea what I was even going to sell, I barely covered my costs and then did another 6 week program. And then another and that is how the ball got rolling.
👉 When you show that vulnerability, people love you and follow you so much more from that.
👉 I get to support so many people. So that's what really, really pushes me to, to like, you know, push the envelope and stick my neck out.
👉 Try not to let the haters get the best of you. Sometimes a simple phone call after an irate email actually does the trick.
👉 Kill people with kindness.
👉 Utilizing canned templates or responses so that your not, for example, just typing while emotionally charged that can help. It's not necessarily the best solution, but it's better than probably what you would've said otherwise.
👉 Have a customer support team that are very good at the killing them with kindness view
