Dr. Wayne Baker is the Robert P. Thome Professor of Business Administration and Professor of Management & Organizations at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and Faculty Director of the Center for Positive Organizations.

 

His research and writing focus on social capital, social networks, generosity, and positive organizations. He's the co-creator of the Reciprocity Ring exercise, the co-founder of Give and Take Inc - home to collaborative generosity platform, Givitas - and author of new book All You Have to Do Is Ask
