It means I am interested in buying the house subject to; Subject to me taking over payments of the existing mortgage.
What if the owner has no equity?
No equity, no problem. This opportunity allows me to buy the house from the seller as is, with terms, and we do not need to do an appraisal.
What will be my realtor commission?
