You can be a part of changing the world!

Are you ready?

First Module

Deep Dive

You can't teach what you haven't internalised yourself, the first three months of the certification are a deep dive into the implications of the Inside Out Paradigm. The focus is on your own journey in these months.

  • The Paradigm, learn about the inevitable transformations, our innate emotional immune system, the internal guidance system & the power of insight. All wrapped in the teaching of Islam!

  • Book study, we study Sydney Banks book "The Enlightened Gardener" to understand the Paradigm as Sydney Banks taught in his unique, narrative style.

  • The Implications, we dive into the implication as defined by Keith Blevins and Valda Munroe.

Second Module

Teach

Learning to articulate the abstract nature of the power of Thought is essential for delivering a clear, transformational message.

  • Book study, this time we study the Sydney Banks book "Second Chance" and look at how Sydney delivered the message of The Paradigm, as well as how he handled the inevitable questioning of a skeptic.

  • Story of Hope, a key skill in sharing The Paradigm is the ability to relay your own and other stories of transformation in a way where the lesson is taken and it is made relevant to the listener. The hope of change comes from powerful story telling.

  • Teaching The Paradigm, you will learn techniques to connect your story to teaching The Paradigm and the Implications so your audience or client receives the truth of their psychology in a clear and meaningful manner.

Third Module

Mentor

True transformation happens when we are able to powerfully listen and counter the stories for our clients. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone you are working with 'get it'! They honestly look 10 years younger and there is such light in their eyes.

  • Hearing beyond the words, just as Sydney Banks said himself, you have to listen beyond the words. This is a deeper form of listening than active listening. It is listening from the depth of your own Fitrah and tapping into Allah guiding you to see what is happening with the person you are mentoring & coaching.

  • Identifying the stories. It isn't thought that is the problem, it is the stories we create around them. Learning to identify the story your client is telling themselves that is leaving them stuck in their thinking is an important step in being able to help them.

  • Countering the stories, once you have discovered the story, there are certain ways in which you can counter that story so your client is able to see what is really going on.

Final Module

Share

Now it is time to share the khair, get out there and begin to share what you have learnt with others. It is also the time to figure out your niche, who you are going to work with and how you are going to help them change their world, in sha Allah.

  • Transformational talk, You will learn how to put together your own transformational talk and deliver it to your audience using your story of hope and teaching The Paradigm.

  • Serve the Ummah, we will strategise on who your target audience is, the problem they have and how you are planning to help them solve that problem.

  • Graduate, you will complete all the assessment tasks for the certification and have your final certification interview to graduate from the certification program.
