I'm Peter Sapiano
Yes, both those pictures are me. I know a few things about changing your perspective on life. I am a father of 3, a recovered addict (Alcohol, Drugs, Food Addict) and I am here to help out as many people as I possibly can. The most important thing in this world is that people should never feel or think that they are alone. I am here to listen, encourage and most of all, HELP.

I started SAPPIHEAL because I can empathize with the feeling of this urge to change, yet you believe it will never come. I know what it is like to be alone in a pain that others just don't see or just don't understand the struggle.
At times, all I needed was encouragement, guidance, or a sign of support. Someone to relate to me. Often, I didn’t receive any, because no one thought I was in pain, no one thought I had a problem, so I took this journey alone.
It’s important to me that you know that you don’t have to take your journey alone.

I created SAPPIHEAL for anyone to be heard without judgement. Judgement separates us, and many of us already feel separate from our core. As you heal through this process, you can live in fullness, and start enjoying being alive again.
