Jessica taught herself how to trade stocks and options (calls and puts) about 16 years ago.

Then she spent a lot of time educating herself about how to report her wins and losses for her taxes. She found the subject of taxes and her investments fascinating, like one of her favorite logic puzzles.

When she discovered Crypto investing last June, she started trading with bots, venturing into Defi land, buying and selling…..and wondering about how her taxes would be affected.
