Our Purpose
We are educators and mentors (not therapists) sharing our understanding of spiritual healing from addiction, providing a unique approach that integrates Islamic principles with transformative insights into the human experience. Our mission is to guide you back to your Fitrah, your inherent nature, where you can discover your own innate wellbeing and experience healthy feelings.
The Islamic principles of Taqwa, Tawakkul and Tarbiyyah permeate our mentoring academy’s curriculum. We emphasise that consciousness of Allah, trusting in Allah’s divine plan and having compassionate connections with others are all key to a full healing from addiction.
Allah is Al Shafi, (The Healer) and the only source of healing. Our role as educators and mentors is to support you on your journey of understanding your experience of this worldly, human existence through an Islamic lens. In sha Allah, as you have insight into how you have innocently lost your way, which has led to addiction, you will find your way back again, through the power and might of Allah.
We see addiction as a natural part of life when one is spiritually and mentally imbalanced. Our goal is to help clients uncover the thoughts that can lead to healing. Mental health issues are acknowledged and integrated within our approach, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, trauma, stress, and relationship issues.
Unlike traditional programs, we do not centre our services around illness or disease; instead, we evaluate and help based on your unique needs and mindset.
