Using the latest science from traditional therapy and the ancient wisdom of eastern philosophy, Rupda's work encapsulates a balanced approach to all the courses she teaches so that each individual has an opportunity to expand their own awareness and deepen their connection with themselves and life around them. "Unless we truly take the space and time for ourselves, we may never really have a chance to know our full potential, and essentially what gives us a deeper sense of purpose in life". 

As a former restaurant owner and consultant of the service industry and dedicated to his own self-development, Dheeresh is the bridge between life and business coaching.  He believes that the key to a goal oriented coaching session is looking at what is truly blocking us. His motto: "Behind every goal there is a feeling."

Today, Dheeresh coaches the creative industry, from advertising agencies to creative departments in cooperative settings. In his bottom-up approach, he invites leaders to inspire, listen and learn while supporting juniors to feel safe to explore, to be empowered to explore and be inspired to push beyond their boundaries in order to step into the leaders they naturally are. 

Dheeresh is a Counselor, NLP practitioner, a life& business coach and currently training in Somatic Experiencing. He is certified by Rupda's Tools for Life Institute and has been working with her for more than 4 years.

Coming from the medical field, Deva has always been passionate and curious about how we, as human beings, function, at body, emotions, mind and spiritual levels.

Working with people she keeps exploring her inner journey and working on her growth.

She is a Holistic Counselor and Groups Facilitator. Her main tools are Family Constellations and Systemic Work, Somatic Experiencing (trauma work), Essence Counseling, Relational Counseling and currently in training as Sex Therapist.

Melanie is often the first person you connect with when wanting more information about our courses. She has a background in business consultancy and organisational development and assists Rupda in introducing her heart-lead approach to leading to the corporate world. 

As a firm believer in somatic psychology, Melanie works at the interface of mind and body, blending therapeutic work with conscious movement practices such as Yoga, Spiral Dynamics and Dance. She is a Holistic Counselor and currently training in Somatic Experiencing (SE ™ Institute of Trauma Healing).

Inspired by her own healing journey, Melanie is passionate about supporting other women in reconnecting to their body's wisdom and soul's essence so that they can feel liberated, living connected in a body they can trust.
