If you’ve taken a look around the site, you’re taking a peek into my heart and my passions. Coaching, facilitation and tantra are all types of work that are not only dear to me, but core to who I am.

So what’s the common thread in all of this? It’s actually simpler than it seems.

I guide people to connect more deeply with both their mind and body.

Together we work to harness the phenomenal potential that lives inside of each person. Along the way, I encourage and empower my clients to uncover their own deep truths.

Some key components to my work include the use of breathing techniques, movement, observation of the body and mind, and, of course nothing really changes unless people take action.

I facilitate this work with groups, individuals, and couples in-person in corporate settings and retreats and workshops as well as one-on-one video sessions online and virtual workshops.
