Assessing where you are now - where you came from - making recommendations, and tracking your progress in a systematic way.

This is a great way to get started on your wellness journey, especially if you are someone who has tried a lot and not getting results from your efforts. It is also a great way to experience working together in a partnership, with me as your Peak Wellness Practitioner. We will go through your story, health history, set goals, and create a personalized plan and set of recommendations for you to move towards your goals in a way that works for you and gets you the results you are looking for. 

I highly recommend this as your first step in the coaching process OR as a jumpstart to move forward on your own and be able to benchmark your progress. The process really allows us to identify your unique wants, needs, obstacles and goals.

My client assessment and initiation approach stems from the philosophy that you are unique and require a custom-made plan "individual to you" as opposed to a cookie cutter program.

There are likely several root causes that have led to the symptoms you are experiencing. I have a unique approach to start identifying each of these without focusing on one particular diet or protocol, but rather a full-body Naturopathic and Functional medicine systems approach to health and wellness focused on bio-individuality. 

Initiation Includes 4 steps:

Step 1:  30 minutes Initial Discovery Conversation (By phone or online)

Step 2:  You will fill out an in-depth health intake form.

Step 3:  90 minute Peak Wellness Consultation & Assessment

Health History Intake and Assessment: You will tell your story, what you have tried, where you are now, and where you want to be. 

Step 4: Following the step 3 consultation, Christina will further review the information, and complete a Health Timeline and Matrix before your next session. These 2 documents will prove beneficial to you for years to come!

Step 5: 90-minute session: Health Timeline and Matrix review, set goals, and create an action plan based on your individual wants and needs​.

Peak Wellness 90-Day Coaching Package

Naturopathic & Functional Nutrition Approach 

seThis program package helps you begin, or continue, on your journey toward looking and feeling your personal best with a wellness practitioner focused entirely on you. 

I invite you to embark on a journey where you will work toward your goals in a step-by-step way, no matter where you are right now! We will start from where you are and focus on the things that are most important to you and your unique body. Our aim will be to do whatever it takes to achieve your health and wellness goals.

Whether you are looking to break through weight-loss resistance, fix your digestive issues, build stronger immunity, or get a grip on stress and overwhelm, we need to take a holistic approach. And this takes time. We need to work on foundational food and fitness, digestion, inflammation, hormones, metabolism, stress, your body's ability to clear toxins, and more.

How does it work?

This 3-month coaching package consists of 6 sessions, 75-min each, either in-person, by telephone, or via online interface (ideally scheduled bi-weekly, or monthly if preferred.)

During the sessions, we follow a coaching process tailored to your individual needs, and discover what you need to build your life from the inside out. Additionally, you receive support between your sessions to get answers to questions as they come up, quickly address small challenges in between sessions, share exciting wins, and more...

Coaching Materials:

Each session, you'll receive valuable recommendations, handouts, and other materials to assist you in building your best life and reaching your goals. You are, after all, looking for positive changes and that's exactly what you'll get.  

Results every session!


Each coaching session builds upon the last. You'll be reminded of your progress at each step during the program, and your plan will be consistently fine-tuned to meet your needs and enhance your progress. The results will speak for themselves.

You will work on managing stress, treating ailments naturally, changing your body composition, getting radically healthy, and creating conscious work-life balance. 

Depending on your needs, we can meet weekly, bi-weekly (for 3 months) or monthly (for 6 months). You can use the sessions however you like. Together, we will find the best way to tailor this package to your needs.

As a Naturopath and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, I will apply these principles and my years of experience as we work together on getting to the root causes of your symptoms and move in the direction of your goals, always focusing on bio-individuality; on who you are, where you are, what happened along the way, and where you want to be. Your individual health challenges and concerns will be addressed in order of priority and tailored to meet your overall wellness needs and desires. We will discuss your strengths and weaknesses, continue to set realistic goals and work towards achieving them.
