We are seeking 25 leading change-makers dedicated to expanding their experience and capacity to bring a living systems approach to their designing, managing, and monitoring their organization.
About the Fellowship
The With Life Fellowship Program is a transformative, year-long experience designed for 25 leading changemakers committed to embracing the With Life Approach to organizations.
Starting each January, the Fellowship fosters a curated, close-knit community engaged in continuous learning, reflection, and growth. Fellows will embark on a journey that radically shifts mindsets, behaviors, and practices, equipping them with both the theoretical foundations and practical tools needed to bring forth their regenerative vision. Through immersive courses, participants are empowered to create meaningful, lasting transformation in their work and communities.
Once accepted, the year-long investment is:
Executive - $3,750
Professional - $2,500
Student / low income - $1,250

With Life is an approach to organizing that holds the patterns of living systems at its foundation. Whether organizing in business, policy, government, or community work, the With Life approach empowers us to create healthy, resilient organizations.
Program Design & Potential
Over the course of 12-months, Fellows receive unrestricted access to nRhythm and Capital Institute's groundbreaking programs and tools to invest in and support their work as leading changemakers. By participating in this 12-month Fellowship you will build capacity to bring the With Life Approach to your organization.

Create Your Regenerative Journey
Design your own unique year of learning and capacity building experiences to enhance your personal leadership. You'll bring regeneration to your work and become an embodied With Life practitioner alongside other Fellows, the Capital Institute and nRhythm team and community, and Fellowship Alumni.

Curated Community & Network Building
Each cohort is curated as a diverse supporting environment comprised of a variety of voices, lived experience, occupations and perspectives. Gain access to this community as well as the broader community of Fellows.

Support from nRhythm & Capital Institute Teams
Receive ongoing support from the Capital Institute and nRhythm teams to put regeneration to work in your context.

Monthly Fellowship Gatherings
Fellows convene at least once a month over the fellowship year to connect and exchange learnings with other fellows. These calls are required as a part of the program.

As a part of your Fellowship Journey, you will curate your experience in joining nRhythm and Capital Institute's online courses and workshops to grow your regenerative capacity, including:

I made new connections with other members of the nRhythm family with whom I've enjoyed what is hopefully mutually beneficial ongoing communication. The "Apply Now" button will bring you to the Fellowship Application Form. Please note that your application is due by 11:59pm EST on November 15th, 2024.
You will be notified by December 4th, 2024, regarding your acceptance into the Fellowship program, which begins in January 2025. If you are not accepted, we will do our utmost to connect you with others who are working on similar initiatives or who can offer the support you need.

How is my application reviewed?
We are seeking to curate a diversity of voices, lived experiences and perspectives in this cohort. The application review process takes into account a range of criteria to ensure we achieve diversity in this cohort’s composition as well as our broader Fellowship community.
What is the application deadline?
November 15th, 2024 at 11:59pm EST. If you need an extension to this deadline, please contact us at team@nRhythm.co.
Can my team join me in the programs?
The Fellowship is designed for individuals, however, we encourage you to invite your team to join you in specific courses and programs along your journey. We offer Fellows a 25% off discount on these programs to invite their teams and communities.
What is the time commitment?
The time commitment varies per Fellow. We require that all Fellows make a commitment to each other to join all monthly 90-minute Fellowship meetings. Additionally, inside your own Fellowship journey, if you are in an online course or workshop, there would be a time commitment of 2-2.5 hour meetings twice a week for 1-3 months at a time. Outside of meetings, you can invest as much or as little time into this as you want. You customize your fellowship journey.
Typically in fellowship programs, fellows are paid, or volunteers, why is there a cost to this fellowship program?
This program is our intention to make all of With Life's support and services available to changemakers at an accessible cost. This rate lets us continue our work and provide scholarships for those in need. Free or stipend-based fellowships are supported by large grant funding, large endowments, and philanthropy. We are not a non-profit so this cost structure is our way of creating mutually beneficial generosity.
What is the cost of the program?
We offer tiered pricing. Those who pay the full program fee in their tier are supporting this program's accessibility to others who may not be able to afford to attend.

Do you offer scholarships?
Our goal is to ensure the Fellowship is inclusive and accessible, not limited to the minority few. Partial scholarships and payment plans are available. If you do not have the means for any of the tiered prices, after completing your application, please email us with a description of your financial context, your country, and indicate what you can contribute to the program fee. We encourage you to ask your company/organization to sponsor your Fellowship. Fellows paying full tuition price support us to offer scholarships. To apply for a scholarship, note your request in your application.
Upon acceptance, what date do I need to enroll by?
You will be notified by December 4th, 2024 if you have been accepted to the Fellowship Program. Upon acceptance, we are asking that all fellows enroll on or before December 15h, 2024 so that we have time to offer your seat to another candidate if you chose not to commit to the program.
Can I sponsor a fellow individually or through my organization?
We highly encourage organizational, family and individual sponsorship of a With Life Fellow. If you or your company is intending to sponsor a Fellow, please coordinate that payment plan with them when they enroll. If you are applying for the Fellowship and seeking financial support but have yet to secure funding from your sponsor, you are also welcome to apply for a scholarship.
How do the payment plans work?
Payment can either be made at a 10% discount when paid in full upon enrollment, or paid over five installments in December, January, February, March and April. The Fellowship is a non-refundable program.
