This programme is designed for procurement women in leadership roles or those aspiring to step into senior leadership positions. It is ideal for professionals in junior management to middle management roles across various industries. Our programme is designed specifically for women, addressing unique challenges such as gender dynamics in leadership. It combines practical training, personalised coaching, and long-term accountability to ensure lasting impact.
The FLIP programmeme is created and founded by Laura Scarfe, a procurement and emotional intelligence specialist, and we have gathered a unique global team of experts in Leadership, emotional intelligence and procurement to deliver prestige training through a hybrid approach of both virtual and in-person sessions.
We understand the unique challenges that women face in the procurement industry. That's why our programmeme is designed specifically to address these challenges and help you succeed as a procurement leader. Our goal is to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to rise to the top of your field.
Through the sessions we will be covering the AVA Framework. The AVA framework is what we have identified to be key issues that female leads in procurement need, and our training covers all three elements
Awareness of the self is the first stage to master, with help from a number of psychometric tests to shed light on personal strengths and weaknesses to be addressed.
Visibility of presence is the second stage where we learn that you do not need to be granted permission to take up space, to own your strengths and put these into action through negotiating and persuading stakeholders.
Authenticity. One of the key outcomes of our programmeme is helping you find your authentic style of leadership. We will help you develop the confidence to lead in a way that feels true to who you are.
Yes, the residential sessions and the in-person graduation are essential components of the programme to maximise your learning and growth. Virtual components like the induction and accountability session and coaching can be attended remotely.

In our second residential we will be covering female specific negotiation issues, managing conflict, influencing and finding your authentic leadership approach. Strategic decision-making activities on the evening of the residential stay will allow you to test the learning and bond with your fellow delegates.
Our final in-person session includes a presentation from all delegates, an action plan and a graduation ceremony.
We finish with a virtual accountability session where we go through your action plan, what you have put into place already and goals for the next 6 months.
