Refund Poilcy

Courses have a 14-day full money back return policy provided you have not accessed any of the content.  Please contact us at support@drhelenallergy.co.uk to discuss a refund. Digital products (PDFs, books, podcasts and pre-recorded modules) are final sale. 

Individual consultations with Dr Helen are non-refundable after completion of the session.  Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full amount at the discretion of the practitioner. It may not always be possible to reschedule your appointment time, and this will be at the discretion of Dr Helen. Please contact us at support@drhelenallergy.co.uk to reschedule your consultation.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returns request and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
