My very first sound bath experience was in Mt. Shasta, California on Oct. 10, 2010. For years after that first experience, I continued to attend sound baths in Los Angeles.

In late 2019, I relocated from LA to Maine to care for an aging parent. Just three months later, the pandemic struck, plunging me into deep grief after losing both my parts within five months earlier in 2019. Amidst this darkness, virtual sound baths and guitar melodies became my sol. Inspired by this journey, I embarked on the path of a sound healer, drawn to the transformative power of crystal bowls. Now, with training from The Sound Healers Academy, I'm dedicated to sharing the healing resonance with the world, rooted in reality while reaching for the stars.

As a young child, I orchestrated a heartfelt concert for my hardworking mother, igniting a dream to become an actress. Music brought me profound joy, but a traumatic event in my youth silenced my voice. After years of transformative work, I returned to music, overcoming self-doubt with the support of my producer and the healing power of sound. Now, I'm embracing my true potential as a recording artist, using sacred frequencies to release emotional blocks and fulfill my lifelong dreams. From my earliest memories I've drawn, in fact, remembering my first day of kindergarten, I sat and colored while my Mom spoke with the teacher. It's a calming act. . . one I wish I delved more into. These images always bring a smile to my face.

My first book, RockFashionArt - Inspiration For Artists by Famous People became an Amazon Bestseller. Then a few months after the pandemic began, I started INSPIRATION FOR YOUR SOUL Podcast, and now I'm in Season 3. As the Host of this podcast, I was Nominated for the Voice Arts® Award for Outstanding Promo Campaign - TV or Web - Best Voiceover. Among the nominees in this category were promos for Billie Eilish, Disney+, and Drew Barrymore Show Campaigns. Season 3 launched with guest Actress Shohreh Aghdashloo, Oscar-nominated, Primetime Emmy, and multi-award-winning actress, author, and activist, who shares her truths about her rise to fame.
It's been extraordinary speaking to so many guests about what inspires them, a time they got derailed and the lessons they learned that got them back on track. Notable guests featured: Oscar, Emmy, Tony and Golden Globe winners, Woman of the Year honored by Congresswoman Judy Chu, Bestselling Authors, TedX Speakers, Naturopaths, Healers, and more.

The weekend in New York City for the Voice Arts Awards was incredibly exciting! It was during the Christmas holiday, so the entire town was lit up even more. Meeting my fellow nominees and our gracious Hosts was truly spectacular! The weekend was full of magical sights and tastes - our next adventure awaits!

Over a number of years, Cali Rossen did the following for me, in spectacular fashion, often saving the day: Star Trek New Voyages 'World Enough & Time' starring George Takei: Cali flew to New York, worked long hours for 10 days. Created the wigs and hair for the lead actors from designs made from Star Wars designer Ian McCaig, did make up and hair for other cast and helped make space suits and collars for costumes. She then assisted in building starship sets in Los Angeles. And also acted in the piece, which was nominated for the Hugo and Nebula, the top two awards in science fiction. Magic Time Radio Show: Cali orchestrated and performed in the Walla Group, played the Voice of the Scientist, and Created and Organized/numbered all the Foley Sounds according to the script and got a volunteer to make the sounds. The Twilight Zone Audio Commentaries; Cali contacted potential voices, Scheduled recordings, drove Dir. & Writers to studio, attended recordings, etc. . . Cali performed in the Savage Donut Paradise Staged reading. All in all, I'd say Cali was extraordinary in all regards and I would recommend her highly to anyone needing an extremely dedicated, talented and responsible person.
