When we dive into self-development, soul seeking, and the process of healing ourselves we often talk about doing the much needed “inner work”. We talk about how we need to work on ourselves first, how we need to face our shadow and look into old childhood wounds or traumas in order to be able to heal and move into embodying our highest self. (The 2.0 version of ourselves if you will) Becoming the badass that we always knew we had the capability to embody!

What becomes incredibly helpful in understanding our Human Design is we can use our chart in order to identify some of the key places to start doing the “inner work” first. It becomes so empowering to know where our core inner work is focused thanks to the individual aspects in our chart that are lit up in both our subconscious and conscious aspects of our self. Today’s episode is all about our Spleen, our Splenic Centre in the Human Design Bodygraph and the Lines/Gates activated within the Splenic Centre.

Essentially It is a really powerful way of understanding what your soul is here in this lifetime to achieve, or what your soul’s purpose is in this life. It is like a blend or synthesis of wisdom that has existed for a really long time the I Ching, Kabbalah, Hindu Chakras, Yin & Yang and Astrology; so to determine what your Human Design is it comes from your exact birth date and time - because each soul is imprinted with a different combination of those factors depending on what was going on at the time you were born.
