Dr Teresa Diaz has a Medical Degree from Rutgers University, and is an accomplished Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN) surgeon. As a psychology major at San Francisco State University, Dr Teresa understands the emotional and psychological components of lifestyle change and weight loss.

She’s certified in Age Management Medicine, a member of The Institute for Functional Medicine and studied holistic nutrition at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

While Dr Teresa has impressive credentials within the fields of medicine, psychology and nutrition, it’s her ability to have overcome unimaginable trauma that makes her truly unique and special.

Growing up in the ghettos of New York, Dr Teresa has personally dealt with the pain of childhood physical & sexual abuse, racism, poverty and sexism. She’s lost (and kept off) over 120 lbs and knows in her heart, with the right guidance and support, every challenge can be overcome!
