Terms and Conditions Elite Defense Training

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the services and training programs ("Service") operated by Elite Defense Training Group ("us", "we", "our", or "EDTG").

Your participation in and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, students, and others who participate in or use the Service.

By participating in or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not participate in or use the Service.

1. Services

Elite Defense Training Group provides defensive tactics training, firearms instruction, personal protection strategies, and related educational materials and services. Our services are intended for adults aged 21 and over, except where specifically designated for youth programs with parental/guardian consent.

2. Use of Service

You must participate in our Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:

- Using the Service for any illegal purposes

- Violating any intellectual property rights

- Engaging in unsafe behavior or actions during training

- Misrepresenting your qualifications or experience level

- Sharing or distributing training materials without written consent

- Conducting yourself in a manner that disrupts training or creates an unsafe environment

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in defensive tactics, firearms training, and personal protection activities involves inherent risks. By using our Service, you acknowledge, accept, and expressly assume all risks associated with participation in our training programs, including but not limited to:

- Physical injury during training exercises

- Potential exposure to firearms and training weapons

- Physical contact during defensive tactics training

- Environmental hazards at training locations

- Mental and emotional stress during scenario-based training

Elite Defense Training Group is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participating in our training programs or using our educational materials.

4. Health and Safety Requirements

Participants must:

- Disclose any physical limitations or medical conditions that may affect safe participation

- Follow all safety protocols and instructor directions

- Use proper protective equipment as required

- Abstain from alcohol or substances that may impair judgment before or during training

- Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately to instructors

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Defense Training Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

- Your participation in or inability to participate in the Service

- Any conduct of other participants or third parties during training

- Any injuries or damages sustained during training activities

- Any use of training materials or information provided

- Any unauthorized use or misuse of training techniques taught

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Elite Defense Training Group and its instructors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, training materials, and methodologies are and will remain the exclusive property of Elite Defense Training Group and its licensors. Our training materials, methods, and programs are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks, training materials, and methodologies may not be used, copied, or distributed without the prior written consent of Elite Defense Training Group.

8. Certification and Training Records

Any certifications or training credentials provided by Elite Defense Training Group:

- Are valid only for the time period specified

- May be revoked for violations of these terms or unsafe conduct

- Must be renewed according to our established requirements

- Are non-transferable and may not be altered or replicated

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Media Release

By participating in our services, you grant Elite Defense Training Group the right to take photographs and videos during training activities and to use such media for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
