Frequently Asked Questions
This isn't my first pregnancy, I've done this before, do I really need a class?
Yes. Whether it is your first or 20th pregnancy and birth experience, each one is different. You are in a different stage in life, your desires may be different, and this is a different baby.
How long is the course?
There are 4 hours of recorded content. The course is self-paced so feel free to start and stop, take notes, practice, etc as much as you want
How long do I have access to the course?
You have access to the materials for the lifetime of this course.
I have a Doula, should I still buy this course?
Most Doulas are not trained with acupressure or Pelvic Floor knowledge, so by accessing this course you will be gaining valuable information not readily found anywhere else. Additionally, if you are not receiving prenatal information, education, resources, and hands-on practice time with your Doula or other support member, then this course will be highly beneficial for you.
My partner is clueless and I'm worried they won't be much help, can this help?
Yes. Protect Your PEACE™ Course is designed with birthing people and their partners in mind. Typically, partners want to know, "what can I do?" The Comfort module in particular is jam-packed with action steps they can do during pregnancy and into postpartum.
Personally, I made my husband go through the course to prepare for our most recent Birth. He enjoyed it, learned a lot, and was a much better support person compared to our first Birth before I created this course.
