👉 Take the financial bias out and try to give truth without anyone worrying.
👉 You don't need a big headliner.
👉 If you are just starting out, choose speakers that will promote.
👉 The 75/25 rule
👉 Give people a reason to want to buy
What You Need To Know Before Building Out Your Summit
👉 Understand the amount of time that you need
👉 Understand, It's nurturing. It's networking, it's followup, it's babysitting
👉 Plan, interview, tweak
👉 Kick out the people that don't want to be part of your world because believe it or not, they will weigh you down.
👉 Make sure you are interviewed for your own summit. You need to be an expert.
👉 Don't engage people
Negative Aspects On Building Out A Summit
👉 Not having enough experience or showing you are truly the expert.
👉 Not understanding list hygiene or understanding how to nurture a campaign.
Nurturing Your Campaign
👉 Prepare the "Powers that be" to know what is going on. Ex: paypal froze accounts because they were concerned about this influx of cash coming in.
👉 Call your credit card company, call your CRM, contact your, your host, your web host. Just because you will get a spike in website traffic.
👉 Don't pound the list with a daily email nurture sequence.
👉 Be mindful of the spam threshold
👉 Get permission to email them again!!!
👉 Stay away from chargebacks
