"I was having problems with my right knee. 

 

After having some MRI scans they were saying that I have this osteoarthritis

 

So, I was little skeptical coming here at first because I didn't think that there could be anything I could do about it. 

 

However, after doing a lot of fitness sessions, my knee was getting worse or it was never really improving.
