Why are we using Kartra?
Coaches and Consultants especially use this platform to launch their products and services, because it has everything in one place and allows users to create an entire business using a single login. It is both simple and complex at the same time. You don’t need to be a designer to make stunning pages, entire websites and complete marketing funnels. You can build lists seamlessly and then create engagement with its amazing deliverability.
It integrates with Stripe and Paypal for immediate payments, and you can build entire membership portals and programs. Videos are hosted within Kartra, so no need for any additional software or Cloud storage. The checkout pages are gorgeously designed, as are the forms - to encapsulate new users. There is an integrated helpdesk, and it even gives you a calendar within the program that you can link to your Google calendar.
Plus, the tracking and adaptive marketing make it an incredible tool to maximise your profit margins. And then there is the ‘Agency’ option, which means we can work on your content but YOU still own it. No more being ransomed by unscrupulous web designers. Nope! Basically, it’s the LAST piece of software you will ever need. Period.
Do I need to have a website?
No. However, this also does not replace your website if you do have one. This is your marketing system in addition to your own website and branding, however, Kartra is so powerful that you can create an entire business dynasty within it!
What is/are the benefits of joining the Success Formula Club?
There are many benefits! Not only will you be creating a ‘Goose that Lays a Golden Egg’ in the form of client acquisition funnels getting you dream clients, but you will also have the ongoing support of an experienced team, plus weekly coaching to make sure you are on track and accountable.
We are also adding additional training programs into our membership site that you can access as a part of The Club, teaching you subjects such as: how to build and launch a successful digital course, the principles of success and many more to come.
How long will it take me to get my first client?
We will get to work straight away on your hyper-targeted client acquisition funnel, but you’ll need to fill in the forms first so we know more about you and who you would like as your ideal client. This should only take a day or so, and we can then book you in for call 1 and start the coaching process.
The research part takes about a week and the content creation another couple of weeks, plus we start a social media campaign to get your target client knowing who you are. The preparation process takes the longest - however, once this is complete, we can then build and optimise your funnel system, and once this is working you can use it time and time again.
On average, we would suggest 40-60 days would be the optimum time for you to be having conversations with potential clients with a maximum of 90 days.
It looks complicated, is it?
The system is simple. The tech behind it is complex, which is why we want to take the headache away, and do it for you. Having said that, we also want you to know how to use the system in case you want to go it alone, which is why we provide training videos on every step of the process - you can even request specific training for specific tasks. The team will record this for you personally.
What is Asana and do I need to pay for it?
Asana is the world’s best and leading project management tool for this type of work. It’s simple to use, intuitive and easy to understand. You don’t have to pay anything extra to use Asana on your project with us.
What happens if I don't 'convert' my ideal clients?
Ah, now we can’t guarantee that you will be able to convert every conversation with a potential client, however the system is designed to make your prospect MORE LIKELY to want to buy from you.
Don’t forget, you get weekly coaching support and we will help you with your ‘sales process’ to make this flow and your conversions increase.
How do we cancel if it's not working?
Simple. Let us know at least two days before your monthly retainer is due and we can process a pause or run a cancellation on your account.
Is it possible to get just coaching?
Yes, absolutely. As mentioned previously, we have some clients who only use one or two elements of the Formula. However, the price is still $1,397 per month.
I bought the ready-made funnels in Kartra - but I am having trouble setting them up - do you offer one-time assistance?
No, sorry. If you need help setting up your funnel, then you will have to pay for at least one month’s full support.
If I have problems with the ready-made funnels I bought, who should I reach out to for help?
If you purchased one of our funnels, then you can reach out to us using the helpdesk in Kartra.
What happens after I pay?
If you sign up for Kartra, we will show you how to get the 30 days instead of 14 day trial. If you sign up for a one-payment funnel, we will help you get this installed in your own Kartra account and then off you go. If you sign up for our Done For You Service, we will start the onboarding process and show you how it’s done using instructional videos. You will then be able to book your first coaching session and we can start to create the magic for you!
Do you offer refunds?
If, after your first coaching call, you feel that the Club is not right for you, then we will give you a full refund. However, once we start working on your funnel, no refunds will be available, but you can cancel or pause your membership at any time with at least two days' notice before your next payment.
I don't know which plan to get, how do I know which plan is the right one for me?

What is the social media marketing all about?
Once you have created a system that is generating clients for you, why not take this out to a wider audience? That is why we have this part of the system added to the end of our funnel, maximising your income-generating potential.
Why is the price so high?
If you think about it, you are getting an entire marketing and social media, plus a client acquisition system created for you. PLUS you receive coaching support and guidance. Other systems would be charging you ten times this amount, but we wanted to make it affordable, and once you are creating income from your funnel, the system pays for itself.
Why are you using Slack instead of email?
Slack is also considered the industry standard for communication on projects. It’s immediate, although if someone is away they will also get notified of the contact. You can access entire teams on one dedicated channel, which means other people can pick up the messages and run with them, so it’s a very effective system for communication.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan/subscription anytime?
Yes, absolutely. Just let us know at least two days before your next payment is due and we will process this for you.
Who are your team and where are they?
We are a globally based team, but there are introduction videos to everyone at the Club in your portal so you can put a face to a name.
Are you reachable 24/7?
At least one of our team will be on call during the weekdays 24/7. We will still pick up your request at the weekend, only not immediately.
We have one rule at The Success Formula Club… ‘Family and Health first, and everything else second’ which means the weekend are family and relaxation time. This doesn’t mean we care any less about our clients, it just means that we are all doing this for a very important reason and if we don’t have our health or time with our family then we have priorities wrong.
You can always WhatsApp me on my personal mobile if there is an urgent issue during the weekend or holidays that simply cannot wait, and I will sort it personally for you.
Can I customize the services I need from you - for example if I don't need social media management?
The retainer price is all-inclusive. Some of our clients do not use all of our services but still tell us that the one-time price is more than worth it for what they do use. We have created a high-value and affordable offering for all levels of expertise. We are more than happy for you to outsource some elements of the process, however, the retainer price is non-negotiable.
