Do you find that many things we seek in life really do not satisfy? We can acquire all the things we think will bring us fulfillment, but when we come to the end of our seeking, we realize that those things don’t truly satisfy. In fact, life can feel overwhelming between job stress, family/relationship issues, or past experiences that are holding us back. The struggles are real, and so is God’s healing! As a retired public educator, wife, mom and step-mom, I can relate! Since my retirement from teaching, I’ve had the privilege of counseling women through the labyrinth of life’s struggles! My areas of experience in Biblical counseling include dealing with issues of identity, anxiety, fears, depression, guilt, shame, abuse, and addictions. For the past four years, I have counseled women of all ages and backgrounds. As a public school teacher and instructional coach for 27 years, I am especially familiar with the gamut of educational issues. I can help teachers organize, prioritize and find peace in the middle of that challenging and rewarding career.

 As a mom of three grown children and five stepchildren, and having walked through many parenting situations, I can testify that God is faithful and His way works! TheLord says to us, Come! Find the thing that will satisfy! (Isaiah 55 paraphrased) At times in our lives, we may need someone to come alongside to encourage us, point us to the truth, and help us sort through the jumble. That’s where I come in. Using Biblical truths from God’s Word, and relying on the Holy Spirit’s leading, we will discover together what those truths can look like in your life and you can learn how to apply them in practical ways. God’s will for you is to live in peace! He loves you dearly and He wants you to see yourself the way He sees you!
