What date does the challenge start?
The challenge starts on Monday 4th September 2023!
Can I start on a different day?
No the 28 day programme is launched 3-4 times a year but on specific start dates only
How easy is the app to use?
It is a very straightforward app to navigate. You will be sent login details and instructions on how to use the app.
How long are the workouts
They are all between 20 - 30 minutes long
Can I do the workouts at any time?
Yes this programme has complete flexibility to fit in around your schedule. The only workout that is timed is the live group Weekly Workout delivered via zoom and announced in private Facebook Group each week.
Do I have to do the workouts you set?
No you can do your own workouts but the scheduled ones are designed to get you where you need to be so we recommend you stick to the programme to achieve the best results
What support will I receive whilst on the programme?
You will be invited to join the dedicated private FB group for the challenge where everyone will be sharing their progress and I will be checking in with tips and updates daily. As well as this you will have access to all the coaching videos on the app to support your journey and the habit tracking check ins which I monitor weekly.
What is the difference between the 28 day and the 12 week programme GWTP12?
GWTP12 has more advanced workouts using kettlebells and more habit building content and runs for 12 weeks not 4. If you would like to find out more about jumping straight into that programme click here
I can’t exercise at the moment. Is this programme still for me?
Unfortunately, Frazzled to Fearless in 28 days would not be suitable if you are unable to exercise as the programme is designed with tailored workouts for optimal results.
