Learn Alan Mulally's Leadership Principles
Used to save Boeing Commercial & Ford from Bankruptcy
Mulally is an advisor to this program and it is offered with his approval.
Vision is always the first step, a dream. Dreaming of flying. Of motorized movement over the ground, rather than by horses. Being able to listen to your music any time, anywhere, all of it on demand.

What We Will Cover In The Event...
Background on Mulally's principles.
Principles were originally developed at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, where Mulally held various engineering positions including being CEO.
My book, Working Together presented his method
Working Together, published by McGraw-Hill, came out three days after the 9/11 terrorist attack. It explained the principles and showed why they were important.
Three years later, his replacement was fired
Mulally proved by staying on until 2014 that his approach worked. His successor failed to continue it and Ford began to slide again.
His Working Together Philosophy
When he was co-project manager of the 777 airplane development project, Mulally visited Lew Viraldi, PM on the Taurus, and borrowed his philosophy.
Ford is losing 16 billion dollars in 2006
To save Ford from bankruptcy, they tapped Mulally to be CEO. He promised to make them profitable by 2009 and did, then stayed on until 2014, when he retired.
You can get similar results by adopting this method.
These principles are supported by best practice in leading an organization. I am convinced that you can get exemplary results by adopting them yourself.
