How we will work together
After completion of the detailed Health and Wellbeing assessment, we schedule a 90 minute video call.
During the 90 minute call, we work through the assessment and create the foundation for a personalised and powerful recovery and prevention plan covering all areas of the '5 Essentials'
The 90 minute call is followed by 5 weekly 1 hour video calls + as much daily support and accountability as you need (M-F/ 9-5). The program I create for you will be tailor-made to your specific goals (this is not a “one size fits all” program).
Follow up e-mails for every session, which will include carefully selected resources and tools to help you succeed. Plus 2-5 action steps to work on each week.
As much accountability as you decide you need. I will hold you to the action steps we agree, motivate you and am right by your side.

My approach is informed by behavioural and positive psychology. Habit change is so important and support as well as accountability is detrimental.
I share all my strategies and methods that will get you results fast. As you know, I have been where you are and the approach I developed works for me and will do for you.
121 coaching with me isn’t just weekly one-hour sessions. I am here for you 9am-5pm Monday -Friday so we can tackle challenges together as soon as they come up.
