Yes there is a meal plan, you are going to learn how to eat and drink everything in moderation.
Weekly 60 minutes live coaching, with weekly topics and accompanying workbooks. You will also have a chance for Q&A with Ilyse Schapiro.
You can work with Ilyse one-on-one, enroll in her longer group coaching program, or continue via a monthly membership.
Absolutely NOT!!! I do not believe in calorie counting. You will learn everything you need to never think about calories again.
NO! This is a lifestyle plan. All of the food suggested are available at your local supermarket. If you prefer to shop at a health food store, you are welcome to do that.
